Getting started is simple
Leave your details with us, and we can contact you to arrange your first appointment.
Before your appointment
Complete your consent and intake forms via our secure online link.
Appointment reminders & video call
We can send you reminders for your appointment via email and SMS. A secure video-call link is sent prior to your appointment. To have your session by phone, simply let us know and we can arrange it.
Attending your appointment
For video-call appointments, click the secure link provided at the scheduled time. For phone appointments, answer the call from your psychologist (it may appear as a private number).
