Functional Capacity Assessments
A Psychosocial Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA) explores how your functioning interacts in your daily life and how challenges may affect you. It often considers areas such as daily routines, relationships, work or study, and community participation. The aim of the assessment is to explore your strengths, preferences, and identify ongoing supports that may assist you.
The reports and/or support letters are designed to provide information that may assist with support funding, planning, and access. They are written to align with NDIS language.
Your assessment may explore functioning across domains such as:
-
Communication
-
Learning and planning
-
Mobility and transport use
-
Self-management
-
Social and community participation
-
Domestic tasks
-
Self-care
We offer FCA for adults who are:

-
Navigating psychosocial (e.g., neurodevelopment challenges)
